Talos

Heir to the Seat of Sundered Kings, Talos (meaning Stormcrown in the language of the ancient Ehlnofey), also called King of Earth and Sky, Dragon of the North, the Dragon Prince, the Most High, and Lord of Shining Hosts, is the most important hero-god of Mankind. In life, he was Emperor Tiber Septim, who conquered all of Tamriel and founded the Third Empire, ushering in the Third Era.

 

 

The teachings of Talos are rooted in his mortal life as Tiber Septim and his subsequent apotheosis into a god of war, governance, and humanity. Core tenets include strength, courage against evil, the defense of Tamriel's people, fair and just rule, and the upholding of honor and strength in battle. His worship emphasizes the ideals of balance and equality and is particularly strong among Nords and the Imperial Legion, where his blessings offer guidance and protection.
